For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Mandy Balistreri!
Mandy joined our team in February of 2023 and is an Assistant Project Manager based out of Las Vegas. In her role, Mandy collaborates with multiple Project Managers on a large fiber-to-the-home project in the Las Vegas market, making sure that the team has the tools and processes to succeed. Though new to Tilson, she has already formed strong connections with her teammates and integrated into Tilson’s culture.
“I have loved my experience at Tilson so far,” Mandy said. “I have an amazing director and supportive project managers who all have taught me so much in my new position. In previous roles I felt like a number, but that’s not true here at Tilson.”
Outside of work, Mandy loves spending time with her friends and family and playing with her two dogs. She was born on the George Airforce Base in California, but now cheers for the New England Patriots and the Las Vegas Golden Knights. No stranger to sports herself, Mandy played basketball, volleyball, softball, and football in high school. Her favorite food is mac and cheese and her favorite movie is Sweet Home Alabama.
Fun fact: Mandy got married this past February, just a handful of days before starting at Tilson. Congratulations, Mandy!
