Job Placement for Veterans

Tilson recruits, hires, promotes, and advocates for our active military members, veterans, and their spouses with internship and job placement programs.

SkillBridge Intern Program – Through the DoD SkillBridge program, service members intern with a company within the last 180 days of active service as they transition to civilian life and their next career. As a participating company, Tilson accepts interns year-round and offers on-site and remote opportunities. Many interns continue as Tilson employees at the close of their internship. Learn more.
Boots2Roots – Tilson partners with this free program to assist active servicemembers, veterans, and military spouses looking to find meaningful work in the state of Maine.
Airstreams – Tilson collaborates with Airstreams to hire veterans trained through their programs.
Warriors4Wireless – As a hiring partner of Warriers4Wireless, Tilson helps veterans find meaningful careers in the telecommunications industry.
