Tilson is proud to offer a new military leave policy to increase recruiting and retention of currently serving members of the Reserve and National Guard. Military leave will be offered in a full paid status for up to 15 days of leave with accompanying orders per year.

Many veterans find the camaraderie and teamwork in telecommunications a familiar work atmosphere, and the Telecommunications Industry Registered Apprenticeship Program, or TIRAP, helps employees get in on the ground floor of the high-growth, high-demand wireless and small cell construction industry.
