Tilson Tuesdays, Robert Pizorno

For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Robert Pizorno!

Robert is the Government and Community Affairs Manager based in Chandler, Arizona, working as the liaison between Tilson and the communities we serve. In addition, as Tilson builds fiber internet infrastructure, Robert collaborates with the local Chambers of Commerce, neighborhood organizations, and the public so that everyone is on the same page and aligned with the work we perform.

Robert joined Tilson just under a year ago and has been key to getting our work off the ground in the Arizona market. While helping grow a new team has been a lot of work, Robert appreciates the people who make the day-to-day enjoyable.

“I really enjoy my team and my coworkers – it’s always a good atmosphere, even when things get challenging! The whole experience has been fantastic so far and there have been so many victories on our path to bring fiber infrastructure to Arizona.”

Outside of work, Robert’s life revolves around being a great husband and a great dad to his four kids. In his free time, Robert enjoys photography, golfing, and cooking (Italian is his favorite food). He is also an avid reader. When it is time to relax, Robert will do a workout, hop in the sauna, and then do a cold plunge!

Fun fact: Robert has built over 20 theater sets to support his daughters’ pursuit of musical theater.

Thank you for all you’ve done to help us succeed in Arizona, Robert. We appreciate your hard work and your positive, team-oriented attitude.
