For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Marta Forcher!
Marta is an Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Supervisor based out of our Las Vegas market. In her role, she helps oversee and direct a crew deploying fiber infrastructure to communities throughout Las Vegas. Marta plays a key role in ensuring our construction quality standards are met while keeping a safe work environment for our teams.
Marta joined Tilson in early 2024, but says that it already feels like home, adding, “coming here was the best decision I made.”
One of the things Marta loves most about her job is seeing women thriving in the trades. It inspires and motivates her every day, which is highlighted by her diverse skillset gained through hard work and an adventurous spirit. Prior to joining Tilson, Marta was a lead foreman for a window cleaning construction company in Seattle, a welder in Alaska, and most recently, a traffic control supervisor in California.
Outside of work, Marta’s life revolves around her two dogs, Romeo the French bulldog, and Khaleesi the miniature bulldog. She also loves to spend time with her best friend, her 21-year-old son, Prynce. If Marta isn’t at work or with her dogs, you can find her fly fishing or hunting in the great outdoors.
