For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Dan!
Dan is a Construction Manager in Spanish Fort and is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all maintenance work for Tilson’s Southeast market including quoting projects, dispatching crew members, assigning work orders, and approving expenses.
“I love our values here at Tilson: Safety, Professionalism, Integrity, Composure, Accountability, and Respect!” said Dan. “From the moment I got here at the beginning of 2017, my knowledge of the industry was welcomed. I immediately felt like part of the Tilson family. It is great working with local management as well as the corporate management teams to successfully meet our clients’ needs and provide our crews with what they need to be successful.”
Outside of work, Dan loves to spend time with his two kids, Maddox and and Madelyn. You can find them fishing, flying their drone, playing football with the neighborhood kids, or traveling to see family in Birmingham, Alabama. If the weather is nice outside, you can also find Dan golfing, at the beach, or a waterpark. He is also is a huge college football fan and roots for the Auburn Tigers.
