For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Natalee Cross!
Natalee recently joined Tilson’s Engineering team as the Vice President for our East Region. In this role, Natalee is responsible for developing and implementing the engineering team strategy, setting both short-term and long-term goals. This includes providing leadership to the team, collaborating on project estimates and bids, ensuring customer success, and leading business development.
Natalee joined at the start of 2024 and says she is enjoying getting to know Tilson and meeting the teams:
“Tilson’s Engineering team is a group of highly skilled professionals who are not just dedicated – but passionate – about bringing a full scope of engineering solutions for our customers. I’ve enjoyed getting to know everyone over the past month.”
When not working, Natalee likes to spend time with her family, her friends, and her miniature schnauzer. Hiking and working out are Natalee’s favorite ways to stay active, and then to unwind she enjoys reading, painting, and doing puzzles. From Georgia, Natalee remains a fan of the University of Georgia’s football team, the Georgia Bulldogs.
Fun fact: Natalee loves to cook and try new recipes, seeking out specialty grocery stores to find and use unique and uncommon ingredients.
