For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee highlight, meet Bee Moua!
Bee serves as Tilson’s Director of Network Operations and oversees Tilson’s Network Operations Center (NOC). Bee is responsible for the growth and support strategies of the NOC team, one of Tilson’s fastest growing business units.
With over 15 years in the industry, Bee joined our team in early 2023 and quickly noted the unique culture he found at Tilson. He remarked that “the leadership team is highly engaged and the culture allows everyone to speak up and provide ideas and suggestions.”
For example, when Bee visited the Portland, Maine headquarters, he was surprised to find no dedicated offices, even for the leadership. For Bee, seeing the CEO working alongside the teams “spoke volumes to how open the leadership team is with their employees.”
In his free time, Bee likes to spend time with his wife and two girls. They currently live in South Carolina, but Bee was raised in North Carolina and remains a Carolina Panthers fan to this day. He stays active by running half marathons and going fishing at the beach.
Fun fact: Bee was born in a refugee camp in Thailand before migrating to the U.S.
