Tilson, a national network development and information infrastructure professional services firm, has hired Trudi Fenster to lead the operations, strategy, and expansion of Tilson’s construction technology consulting practice. Fenster joins Tilson with over fifteen years of experience in technology, customer service, and digital consulting with a proven record for building professional services teams and solving customer’s software problems.
Led by Jason Burns, Chief Information Officer (CIO), Tilson’s construction technology consulting division is its longest-standing business unit and is the largest and most experienced team of construction business system implementers in the country. Tilson’s construction technology consulting team develops leading-edge technology implementation and optimization services for clients in the construction industry. Fenster’s experience scaling operations, attracting and developing talent, and driving revenue growth directly supports Tilson’s strategic objectives to increase Tilson’s ERP installation and service business to meet the needs of a rapidly digitizing construction industry. She will be instrumental in diversifying Tilson’s product offerings and expanding the company’s reach to meet the digital transformation, analytics, and strategic planning needs of its growing customer base.

Throughout her career, Fenster has specialized in streamlining operations, driving innovation, and enriching consumer and employee experiences across the spectrum of systems integration, application development, and transformation programs. She has a history of leading high-growth teams, providing innovative solutions and strategic guidance to meet ambitious goals. Prior to joining Tilson, Fenster served as Head of Client Services and Customer Success at DigiSure Inc., a global provider of technology, risk management, and insurance administration services, where she led the development and implementation of the company’s strategic global customer onboarding program. Fenster has also built and lead professional services teams at construction software companies Bentley and Payapps, as well as at the construction technology firm Viewpoint, where she led professional services for a decade.
