Desirae is a Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and is responsible for working with hiring managers to source, interview, and hire candidates for Tilson’s Wireless team. She is currently hiring for several Tower Technician roles in Dallas and Lubbock, Texas, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Las Cruces, New Mexico. Outside of work, Desirae enjoys hosting game nights and Sunday dinners with her family. She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and roots for the Arizona Cardinals. Desirae’s favorite type of food is enchiladas, her favorite movie is A Bronx Tale, and her favorite book is The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz.
Fun fact: Desirae is a published poet! During high school she wrote a poem called “The Riderless Horse,” which was submitted to a nationwide competition and later published.
