For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee highlight, meet Tawanda Lee!
Tawanda is the Senior End-to-End Manager on Tilson’s Client Management team. In this position, she oversees the entire lifecycle of projects from start to finish, taking projects from initial planning and development all the way through to their successful implementation and evaluation, while ensuring customer satisfaction along the way.
Tawanda joined Tilson the fall of 2023 and was pleased to discover the company’s supportive and friendly culture. “I love the environment and everyone’s willingness to help. Positive energy is the best thing to have for a company’s culture.”
When not working, Tawanda is kept busy (and entertained) by her 6-year-old identical twin boys and their creative, magical minds. She is a huge sports fan and as someone who grew up in Chicago, loves the Chicago Bulls, Bears, and Cubs. If Tawanda isn’t watching a game on TV, she’s probably there live in the stadium.
Fun fact: Tawanda had the opportunity to meet Shaq, and despite wearing 6-inch heels she still only came to his waist! Tawanda is 4’11” and Shaq is 7’1”.
