Tilson Tuesdays, Liz Toscano

For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee highlight, meet Liz Toscano!

Liz is a Senior HR Business Partner and has been with Tilson since early 2023. In her role, she provides HR consulting to employees across the company with a focus on training and development, fostering positive employee relations, and boosting morale.

Liz works remotely from Arizona and plays an integral part in Tilson’s operations in the Southwest. Tilson has large outside plant (OSP) fiber projects in the Nevada and Arizona markets, and Liz has been essential in building and supporting our growing teams. Working on these projects has been a highlight for Liz who says, “It has been a fun challenge to ramp up these new markets as Tilson continues to expand.”

While there are many new challenges in a high-growth company like Tilson, Liz has the support of her teammates and Tilson leadership. “Tilson has been one of the most welcoming companies I have joined. From day one, department leaders opened their doors to me. I am thankful for the wonderful HR team that supports and believes in me,” Liz said.

As a Seattle native who recently moved to Arizona, Liz enjoys access to outdoor adventures and being by the ocean. She loves to scuba dive, fish, go crabbing, or take a scenic ride on her bike or her husband’s Harley. Liz cheers on the local teams, including the Seattle Seahawks, the Seattle Kraken, and the Washington State Cougars (go Cougs!).

Fun fact: Liz and her husband, along with their cats Tink and Franklin, lived on a boat in Seattle!

We’re glad you’re part of the team, Liz, and appreciate your positive attitude and hard work.
