For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Lauren Ramirez!
Lauren works as Senior Counsel for Tilson Infrastructure, Tilson’s affiliate company providing pole, tower, and fiber infrastructure for carriers, utilities, municipalities, enterprises, and internet service providers across the country. As Senior Counsel, Lauren is responsible for managing the legal side of Tilson Infrastructure, including ground leases and carrier licenses for towers, small and mid-cell agreements, pole transfers, and any tax or corporate matters that arise.
One of our goals at Tilson is to attract the most talented people, like Lauren, to create high-performing teams that take on our customers’ biggest and most impactful projects. “I would describe Tilson’s culture as dynamic,” said Lauren, echoing this sentiment. “There is no project too big or too scary for us to throw our hat into the ring.”
At the same time, Tilson strives to provide a safe, rewarding, and balanced environment for its team members. “My favorite part about Tilson is working for a company that shows how much it cares about its employees and puts them first,” said Lauren.
When not at work, Lauren likes to go hiking and fishing, attend sporting events, and explore the many breweries found in Maine. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their five-year-old lab/shepherd mix named Philip. Originally from Florida, Lauren completed her undergrad at UCF and cheers on the UCF Knights for college football. At the national level, however, she roots for the New England Patriots.
Fun fact: Lauren is a Harry Potter nerd (go House Slytherin!) and tries to make a trip to Harry Potter World once a year.
