For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee highlight, meet Gabriella DiPaulo!
Gabriella is a Talent Acquisition Specialist on Tilson’s Recruiting team. While Gabriella works remotely from Portland, Oregon, she helps to identify, interview, and hire employees from across the country for a wide variety of roles.
Gabriella joined Tilson in early 2023 and hit the ground running helping us hire positions on wireless projects in the Northeast and outside plant roles in Las Vegas. While her work in the Las Vegas market occasionally feels like a “whirlwind” due to how quickly Tilson is growing, Gabriella considers it one of her favorite projects and loves that “you can truly see yourself making a difference.”
While the Recruiting team works hard to support Tilson’s historic growth, Gabriella and her team still make sure they are having fun. “I love working within my team because we’re all so supportive of each other, and I can always count on them to make me laugh,” she said. “Everyone works hard and takes so much pride in their work.”
In her free time, Gabriella takes full advantage of the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Her favorite way to relax is by taking long hikes along the Oregon coast. She enjoys backpacking, photography, going to see live music, and spending time with her cat, Flea.
Fun fact: Gabriella plans to complete her first solo backpacking trip this summer.
