Tilson provides maintenance services for wireless carriers, neutral host providers, wireless internet service providers, municipal, state and federal government agencies and OEMs. We maintain all components of traditional macros sites including tower lighting systems, safety climbs, structural modifications, antenna and lines, and RF equipment. We work on towers, rooftops, water tanks, and all types of stealth installations. We also service all components of small cell and oDAS sites including nodes mounted on utility poles, light stanchions, rooftops and building facades, and strand mounted nodes, as well as all components of iDAS systems, including antennas, all structured caballing, and head ends.
Tilson has established a sophisticated, comprehensive system for providing maintenance services for all types of wireless network infrastructure. We provide both routine scheduled maintenance and emergency response to issues requiring immediate attention. We staff a 24/7 dispatching center that receives, prioritizes and distributes work through a companywide ticketing software platform built on the Sage Accounting Software System. This platform allows Tilson to track the location of personnel, current workload, job priorities, equipment and materials, allowing us to respond to our customers’ maintenance needs in a timely manner, ensuring minimal system downtime and cost.
Our wireless technicians respond from all Tilson office locations across the country. They are OEM-trained and certified, and equipped with the tools and materials necessary to diagnose and repair all types of wireless networking equipment. Our crews include NATEstar certified tower climbers and bucket truck crews, allowing us to access wireless equipment in every possible location. On service calls, we focus on ensuring minimal impact to the end user by rapidly troubleshooting the issue and getting the network equipment back online as quickly as possible. We view each system we touch in its entirety, servicing not just the immediate concerns, but also identifying components that could be improved, and preventative maintenance opportunities that benefit our customers by avoiding future maintenance issues, down time, and return trips.
