Tilson’s Network Operations Center utilizes our proprietary, cloud-based Operations and Management solution that is natively Azure, and fully compatible with Amazon Web Services. Remote or onsite, Tilson’s experienced technicians act quickly to ensure your mission essential operations continue seamlessly and efficiently. We provide:

  • Network and Server Monitoring: We track multiple data points (connectivity, bandwidth, temperature, etc.) on the network to allow for performance optimization and advance troubleshooting.
  • Maintenance: We develop preventative maintenance schedules to help implement routines to facilitate remote network maintenance and to quickly dispatch technicians when necessary.
  • Minimize Downtime with Remote System Backups: Tilson tracks the location of personnel, current workload, job priorities, equipment, and materials; enabling a timely response to customers’ maintenance needs, and ensuring minimal system downtime and cost.
  • Reporting and Analytics: We report network reliability and usage monthly and hold quarterly review meetings with the client to discuss ongoing and recurring issues, as well as improvements and plans regarding the network. We create bespoke analytics to categorize incidents.
  • Around the Clock Support: Backed by over 20 offices, our team provides 24/7 dispatching and monitoring services allowing Tilson to respond to network outages and incidents promptly. Our high-skilled technicians will provide emergency response in a matter of hours.

Tilson's engineering department supports consulting and planning engagements with fiber designs as part of many preplanning exercises and often moves into detailed engineering once funding is secured.
