For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Tayler Long!
Tayler is a Fleet Maintenance Manager working out of our Chandler, Arizona office and has been with Tilson for over a year. With a growing fleet of over 1,900 vehicles and equipment, Tayler keeps our business moving forward by ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance. She collaborates closely with our market leaders to develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, including vehicle and equipment inspections, repairs, and warranty management.
Tayler’s proactive approach to maintenance keeps our teams safe on the road and in the field, reducing the risks of breakdowns and accidents. Her commitment to keeping Tilson’s fleet in excellent condition is mission critical and allows our team to efficiently complete their work.
When asked about her experience working at Tilson, Tayler said, “I enjoy working here at Tilson for several reasons, but the work-life balance stands out the most. It’s clear that leadership truly cares about its employees, making it a place where you feel valued and supported. I also appreciate the opportunities for growth and advancement from within, which really motivates me to keep learning and developing my skills.”
Outside of work, Tayler enjoys traveling, hiking, and attending comedy shows. She loves trying new restaurants with her husband and has a particular fondness for Italian cuisine. To relax, she prefers to unplug from technology, often treating herself to a massage.
Fun fact: Tayler is training for her first half-marathon! Although the training is difficult, she’s excited to tackle the challenge.
