For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Scott!
Scott is the Director of Due Diligence based out of Exeter, New Hampshire. Scott and his team are responsible for advising lenders and investors on telecom infrastructure investments. When a lender or investor is considering the purchase of an operation or network, Scott’s team evaluates the technical and operational aspects of the business, including the infrastructure, operations, management, growth opportunities, business model, contracts, and development plans.
“Tilson’s culture, especially within the consulting group, is very focused, supportive and collaborative. The company in general is very inclusive, which I both admire and appreciate,” said Scott. “I enjoy working for Tilson because I really like the people with whom I work. I love my career, too, and Tilson has given me the opportunity, latitude and support to do it well.”
Outside of work, Scott loves to build and restore radios. He also enjoys spending time with his family (especially his grandchildren), reading, traveling, and doing crossword puzzles. His favorite sports team is the New England Patriots, his favorite book is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and enjoys trying new ethnic and regional foods.
Fun Fact: Scott has been an amateur radio operator for almost 40 years!
