For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Sanglim!
Sanglim is a CAD Drafter II based out of Georgia and is responsible for designing and producing sets of detailed construction drawings using computer-aided design (CAD). As part of her role, she converts the designs created by engineers into technical drawings by moving them into the CAD program and adding additional details to the architectural plans.
“My favorite part about working at Tilson is that we are always growing,” says Sanglim. “Tilson continues to bring valuable and exciting projects to the team, which makes me very busy yet super happy!”
Outside of work, Sanglim enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, hiking, and buying new plants for her front porch. Sanglim is originally from South Korea and now lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Her favorite sports team is the New York Giants and the Atlanta Braves, her favorite type of Korean food is kimchi, and her favorite American food is jalapeno and cheese cornbread.
Fun Fact: Sanglim has a one-eyed 14-year-old cat named Jack and a 3-year-old dog named Brownie.
