For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Sandi!
Sandi is an Executive Assistant based out of Tilson’s Portland, ME headquarters and is responsible for providing administrative support for Tilson’s CEO and COO, including managing schedules, assisting with projects, and working closely with the senior management team.
“I enjoy working at Tilson because everyone is very welcoming and willing to help educate me on the industry and our business,” said Sandi. “Watching the senior leadership team make thoughtful and caring decisions on our behalf throughout the pandemic has deepened my respect for them and made me super confident in my decision to join the Tilson team.”
Outside of work, Sandi enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, and visiting art museums. Sandi is originally from upstate New York, her favorite book genres are biographies and classics, her favorite foods are pasta and chocolate, and her favorite movie is “A Fish Called Wanda.”
Fun Fact: Sandi worked for Ellsworth Kelly, a popular contemporary painter and sculptor, for 10 years. She also led a volunteer community board through the purchase, renovation, and reopening of a historic, single-screen movie theater in New York!
