For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Samantha!
Samantha is a Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of Tilson’s Portland, ME headquarters and is responsible for working with hiring managers to source, interview, and hire candidates for roles across Tilson.
“I enjoy working at Tilson because it’s not like any other company I have worked for in the past,” said Samantha. “I feel very valued as an employee, and it doesn’t feel divided like a lot of growing companies can. I always describe Tilson as a company where everyone wants each other to be as successful as they can be, communication is open, and it’s very easy to feel included and informed about what’s happening at the company.”
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys hanging out with friends and family, gardening, and spending time training her animals. She has three dogs, three cats, twenty-two chickens, and is hoping to add a goat and donkey to her animal family this fall. Samantha lives in Limington, Maine, her favorite show is The Office, and she loves a good cup of coffee.
Fun Fact: Samantha is only 4’9 tall!
