For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Sabrina Tanga!
Sabrina is a Program Manager on Tilson’s Wireless team, working remotely from New Jersey. She supports the Wireless Construction and Site Development teams by setting up new projects, coordinating trainings, and driving process improvements throughout the development lifecycle. In 2024, Sabrina and her team built and maintained over 1,300 wireless sites, with tower technicians sometimes working at heights of up to 500 feet, delivering reliable internet service that keeps communities connected.
Since joining Tilson in November 2023, Sabrina has quickly become an integral part of the team, ensuring our operations are running smoothly and delivering high-quality solutions for our customers.
What Sabrina enjoys most about working at Tilson is the sense of teamwork and mutual support. “Working at Tilson means being a part of a team that truly cares about delivering high-quality solutions for our customers”, she explains. “No matter the situation, there is always someone willing to lend a helping hand.”
Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys a variety of activities including traveling, going to the beach, playing tennis, hiking, and skiing. Spending time with her family is a top priority, and she looks forward to their yearly family vacations where they explore new destinations around the world.
Fun fact: Sabrina and her sister, Gabriella Tanga, both work at Tilson. The two are very close and have enjoyed the unique experience of getting to work together.
