For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Rose Stubbs!
As a Project Controls Manager, Rose leads the financial planning and forecasting for our telecom consulting, construction technology consulting, and network operations center (NOC) projects. She carefully monitors budgets and identifies potential financial risks, working proactively to address them throughout each project’s lifecycle. While her work may happen behind the scenes, it plays a crucial role in ensuring the long-term financial health of our projects.
It’s an important role that requires attention to detail, composure under pressure, and the ability to build strong relationships across a wide range of teams, both inside and outside Tilson—all skills that Rose demonstrates every day.
“I love the team atmosphere and collaboration getting to work closely with our Consulting groups,” Rose said. “Even with dozens of projects to manage at once, everyone comes together to provide the best experience for our clients while ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly.”
Outside of work, you can find Rose and her family enjoying the Colorado sunshine at a park, on hikes, or riding their bikes. They also spend time playing and watching sports together, though Rose is at odds with the rest of the family as the sole Dallas Cowboys fan in the household (she is originally from Texas).
Rose is also excited to celebrate the adoption of her 5-year-old daughter this May. After years of fostering, this will be the second baby girl her family has welcomed into their home. A big congrats to Rose and her family!
Fun fact: Rose sits on the board of Kaylen’s Fight, a nonprofit supporting babies and their families during and after their stay in the NICU.
