This month for #tilsontuesdays, we are featuring some of our amazing interns who participated in Tilson’s 16-week summer internship program. For this week’s #tilsontuesdays highlight, meet Rohit!
Rohit is an IT Intern for Tilson’s IT department where he helps the IT Infrastructure, Information Security, and IT Project Management teams complete security analysis, support phishing scam prevention, and manage IT projects. Rohit is joining us from Pennsylvania State University where he will be a sophomore this fall studying cybersecurity.
“To someone who is interested in learning more about Tilson’s program, I would describe it in one word: ‘rewarding’,” said Rohit. “Since starting my journey at Tilson, I always had tasks to keep me occupied. As someone who enjoys being challenged, this internship gave me an opportunity to meet deadlines and to complete all sorts of different projects. Tilson is an excellent place to intern because your overall knowledge about your field will expand.”
Outside of school and work, Rohit enjoys playing sports, exercising, and hanging out with friends and family. Rohit is from Waterbury, Connecticut and his favorite sports team is the New England Patriots, his favorite food is pasta, and his favorite movie is “Avengers: Endgame.”
Fun Fact: Rohit is a huge New England Patriots fan and has met Tom Brady before!
