For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Phillip!
Phillip was recently promoted from Drill Foreman to Horizontal Drill Crew Superintendent on Tilson’s Outside Plant team, where he is responsible for overseeing horizontal directional drilling field operations in Phoenix, Arizona. He has over a decade of experience in the construction industry.
“The culture at Tilson focuses on teamwork and camaraderie where everyone helps each other out,” said Phillip. “New hires can always ask questions or lean on management to support their growth. They also prioritize training which sets you up for success.”
Outside of work, Phillip enjoys spending time with his daughters, son, and grandchildren. He’s originally from Phoenix, Arizona, and is based out of Tilson’s Surprise, Arizona office. Phillip roots for the Arizona Cardinals, his favorite type of food is Mexican, he enjoys watching Will Ferrell movies, and he has two dogs, Doug and Molly.
Fun Fact: Phillip loves anything related to art and history!
