For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Nicole Donovan!
Nicole is a Senior HR Generalist, supporting Tilson’s team with human resources questions and needs. This includes managing leaves of absence, work accommodation, and policy updates. In her role, Nicole appreciates getting to work closely with employees across the company, saying “I love the people at Tilson and the interactions between our teams! Everyone is willing to jump in, learn new things, question the status quo, work to problem solve, and continuously improve our HR processes together.”
With Tilson’s rapid growth, including 14 consecutive years on the Inc 5000, there is always something new to learn and many opportunities for employees to advance and take on new challenges. “I love that each person at Tilson has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to our success,” Nicole said.
Living in Southern California, Nicole likes to visit the local mountains or head to the beach in her free time. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going shopping and trying out new coffee shops. Between a 2-year-old child and an active husky, there’s always a lot going on at her house.
Fun fact: While Nicole’s favorite show may be Friends, she currently could quote just about every episode of Bluey thanks to her 2-year-old.
