For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Michael!
Michael is a Permitting Manager in Miami, FL responsible for managing the OSP permitting activities for both the Miami, FL and Hartford, CT markets.
“I love the fact that Tilson has a ‘team first’ approach to everything,” says Michael. “Everyone is very willing to step in and help when needed. I also appreciate that Tilson has fostered a culture where everyone can feel heard. It’s rare to find a company that wants everyone to feel as if they have a voice.”
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and going to the beach. Michael is originally from Brooklyn, NY but moved to Miami four years ago. He roots for the New York Yankees, loves Italian food (especially a good Carbonara), and his favorite book is “The Count of Monte Cristo.”
Fun fact: Did you know Michael has a passion for film making? In his spare time he enjoys editing film projects and has worked on mostly documentary style interviews.
