For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Merranda!
Merranda is a Maintenance Billing Specialist responsible for obtaining required billing closeout information, invoicing all maintenance tickets, and uploading billing information into customer portals.

Outside of work, you can find Merranda busy being a mom to her 11-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. She loves spending time with them visiting zoos, aquariums, doing crafts, taking walks, playing at the park, and baking during the cold winter months. Merranda has a 4-year-old yellow lab named Bailey, her favorite food is pizza (“I will never turn down a slice of pizza”), and her favorite movie is “10 Things I Hate About You.”
Fun Fact: Merranda has coached her daughter’s cheer squad team for 5 years! “My coaches had a big influence on who I am today, and I have always wanted to be someone that our youth were able to go to when they needed ANYTHING. It has also allowed me to play a special part in my community as well as others’ lives,” she said.
