For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Megan Autrey!
Megan is a Project Coordinator working remotely in New Hampshire. Her role has her assisting wireless projects across the Northeast region, including ensuring purchase orders, invoicing, budgets, schedules, and permits are in order. At the core of the role, Megan says her job is to “make sure everyone has what they need to do their work and to make sure our clients are happy.”
Megan has been with Tilson since the fall of 2022 and says she finds the company culture to be “honest and supportive” with employees willing to work together as a team to reach goals. Telecom is a fast-paced industry, but Megan finds the work/life balance at Tilson refreshing. She went on to say, “I enjoy working at Tilson because I truly feel valued as an employee.”
Outside of Tilson, Megan loves creative activities such as cooking, photography, and making her own herbal teas. Megan can often be found with a good book and says that sitting outside to read is one of her favorite ways to relax. Watching her young son grow and learn brings Megan a special joy. She also has two Catahoula dogs, Mica and Maizie, and two cats, Toms and Macavity, to keep her busy.
Fun fact: Before working in the telecom industry, Megan worked as a makeup artist in the Boston area.
