In recognition of National Engineers Week, for this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Lisa from Tilson’s Engineering team!
Lisa is a Senior OSP Engineering Manager based out of Tilson’s Portland, ME office and is responsible for overseeing Tilson’s engineering team who design and deploy telecommunications infrastructure for carriers, government agencies, utility owners, and privately funded networks.
“I love the team and supportive culture at Tilson,” said Lisa. “As a team lead, I work hard to maintain the culture as we scale and grow our teams. I love that I can be innovative and drive changes that increase efficiencies, streamline processes, and make a big impact on the overall success of the business.”
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time on the lake, exercising, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and being creative with interior design and fashion. Lisa is originally from Cutler, Maine, she roots for the Washington Academy Raiders (a local high school basketball team and her alma mater), her favorite food is a cheeseburger and fries, and she has two Yorkshire terriers, Ollie and Simon.
Fun Fact: Lisa has ridden a motorcycle most of her life, starting at the age of seven! She owned her first bike at the age of ten (an 80 Kawasaki dirt bike).
