Tilson Tuesdays, Leticia Barron

For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Leticia!

Leticia is a HR Onboarding Specialist and is responsible for assisting new hires throughout the onboarding process, from the offer letter to orientation. With an average of over 60+ new hires a month, Leticia plays a pivotal role in helping new hires navigate their positions. Recently, Leticia conducted Tilson’s first new hire orientation in Spanish.

“I get to work with such a great team,” said Leticia. “Before applying to the job, I had never heard of Tilson, but I saw they had a high rating on Glassdoor and was impressed. The entire recruitment process was fast and transparent. I had a virtual interview which felt very conversational and fun. I have never had an interview like that before, and I was super ecstatic when I heard that I was being offered the position! Tilson was willing to give me an opportunity to change careers – previously, I worked as a high school career counselor – and I’m really appreciative of this opportunity. Denise, my supervisor, has been such a great teacher and mentor. I feel extremely lucky to be here.”

Outside of work, Leticia enjoys antique shopping, traveling, and spending time with her rescue dogs, Tucci and Sydney. Leticia is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she roots for the Green Bay Packers, her favorite food is Italian, and her favorite movie genre is romantic comedies.

Fun Fact: Leticia spent six months studying abroad in Sydney, Australia.

Thank you for all your hard work, Leticia! We are so happy to have you on the team.
