For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Lacey!
Lacey is an OSP Project Manager based out of Idaho, and is responsible for the planning, procurement, execution, and completion of fiber projects. She also acts as a mentor to those on her team.
“I enjoy that Tilson focuses on their employees. They do so by employee recognition, giving us the opportunities to expand our knowledge base on all the various departments, systems, and projects Tilson is a part of, Tilson also encourages us to apply for advancement within the company and tends to hire within before sourcing candidates outside of Tilson,” said Lacey. “Tilson prides themselves on transparency and investing in their teams as much as they invest in the right projects for our company.”
Outside of work, Lacey likes to travel with her husband and explore new places to ride her Razor (UTV), work on her vegetable garden, and be with her friends and family. Lacey is a fan of the Golden Knights team, loves roasted brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese, and the book Departure by A.G. Riddle.
Fun Fact: Lacey is the first generation on her mom’s side of the family to be born in the United States!
