For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Justin!
Justin is an OSP Inspector I based out of Tilson’s Appleton, WI office and is responsible for inspecting projects to ensure that our crews meet safety, quality, and production requirements.
“Tilson is a great company, and I enjoy working here every day,” said Justin. “The work and life balance that they provide is top-notch. Everyone is very accommodating if I need to pick up or drop off my girls or go to appointments.”
Outside of work, Justin enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking, especially during the fall when the foliage colors are peaking around Wisconsin. Justin loves spending time with his wife, Mindy, his two girls, Meta and Rose, and his two cats, Winston and Stella. He is also an avid sports fan and roots for the Packers, Brewers, and Wisconsin University sports teams. His favorite food is burgers or steaks, which he loves to cook on his pellet grill.
Fun Fact: Justin owns a small business located on the family farm, where he grows hops for local breweries (Hidden Valley Hops).
