Tilson Tuesdays, Joshua Carrera

For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Joshua Carrera!

Joshua is a Maintenance Construction Manager based out of Alabama who has been with Tilson for nearly seven years. In his current role as Maintenance Construction Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations for wireless maintenance in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. This includes scheduling and directing wireless crews, organizing site access, ordering parts and materials, and managing customer relations.

Joshua enjoys Tilson’s culture and the opportunities for growth. “There is a modern work culture where employee satisfaction is valued,” said Joshua. “I enjoy working here because of the support Tilson provides; there are opportunities for growth in both personal and business development.”

The people at Tilson play an important role in Joshua’s work life. “When I first was hired at Tilson, I found good friends on the wireless construction crew. Now in my construction management role, I’m surrounded by a team of amazing, supportive people.”

Outside of work, Joshua likes to be outdoors and stay active. His fiancé and two young boys make life fun and keep him on his toes. He also enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and listening to music of all types.

Fun fact: Joshua practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and finds it is a great way to relax and unwind.

We appreciate having you on the team, Joshua, and thank you for all your hard work!
