Tilson Tuesdays, Jennifer Kouba

For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Jennifer!

Jennifer is a Closeout Specialist on Tilson’s outside plant team and is responsible for collecting and coordinating closeout documentation for projects.

“Tilson is a great company to work for,” said Jennifer. “You don’t feel like just a number here. They have always been transparent in their business dealings and the work we do. The executives and managers take the time to hear what questions, concerns, or issues employees have and help with finding a solution. I’ve never felt like I couldn’t or shouldn’t voice a concern or that I couldn’t take it all the way to the top if needed.”

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys volunteering in the off-road racing community, traveling, camping, going to the movies, and visiting with family. Jennifer is originally from southern California but has lived in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area since 2nd grade. She is a Vegas Golden Knights hockey fan and loves to cheer on her nieces and nephews at their volleyball and soccer games. Her favorite food is cereal (“I could eat it every day, no matter what time of day”), and her favorite movies are Princes Bride, any Disney movie, or a good thriller movie.

Fun fact: Jennifer and her husband have 26 nieces and nephews, plus a few lifelong friend’s children who consider them aunt and uncle.

Thank you for all your hard work, Jennifer! We are so happy to have you on the team.
