For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Holly DeAngelo! Holly is Tilson’s Marketing Design Specialist, whose creative vision brings Tilson’s brand to life. She plays a key role in crafting visual content that resonates with both internal teams and external audiences. From engaging social media graphics to large-scale event booths and custom vehicle wraps, Holly’s designs communicate meaningful messages with both purpose and clarity.
One of Holly’s favorite projects was designing the artwork for Tilson’s hydration trucks, which supply water and hydration supplies to our teams in the Southwest. This project wasn’t just about creating an eye-catching design—it was about educating and ensuring the safety of our field crews working in extreme heat, while also informing the public about our fiber construction process.
“Seeing projects come together and make a meaningful impact is incredibly rewarding,” Holly shared. “I’ve never been part of a company that cares so deeply about its employees’ well-being. Having a team that is both understanding and supportive makes the work environment so welcoming.”
Holly lives in Ohio with her cat, Arturo (who often makes appearances in virtual meetings). In her free time, she is an avid reader and is aiming to hit 52 books this year. Holly also loves music, regularly going to concerts and music festivals. Over the years, Holly has competed in show choirs, formed several local bands, and even performed at the House of Blues in Cleveland, Ohio. These days, you can find her anywhere there is karaoke.
Fun fact: Holly’s favorite band is Fleetwood Mac. She’s seen the group perform five times, and Stevie Nicks as a solo act twice.
