For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Gabbie Plang!
Gabbie is a Project Coordinator on Tilson’s Outside Plant team in Las Vegas. She keeps our fiber operations running efficiently by working closely with our teams to manage the complexities of a large fiber-to-the-home network build. While no two days are the same, Gabbie drives progress by overseeing permits, invoices, purchase orders, client updates, project data, and timecards. Her dedication to ensuring everyone has what they need allows our crews to keep their attention on building high-speed broadband infrastructure.
Before becoming a full-time employee, Gabbie joined our team as a SkillBridge intern after transitioning from her service in the military. With 11 years of service in the Missouri Air National Guard and the U.S. Air Force, Gabbie brings a wealth of leadership and discipline to her role. Her military background has contributed to her strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Outside of work, Gabbie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two cats, Paco and Mayonnaise. She loves reading, traveling, playing video games, and exploring new cuisines.
Fun fact: Gabbie has a World Series replica ring from the Kansas City Royals. She received this special keepsake from the team’s owner when she worked for them during their World Series win, and it’s engraved with her name.
