For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Faith!
Faith is a Drill Operator based out of Tilson’s Casper, Wyoming office and is responsible for operating and maintaining our drill, The Bison, for underground fiber installations. Faith is new to the industry and is quickly learning about horizontal directional drilling.
“When I first started as a Drill Operator at Tilson, I felt I was in my element,” said Faith. “Ever since I saw the drill, I knew I wanted to be the one operating it one day. It was like I had found a missing piece to my puzzle! It’s an exciting job, and I can really see myself growing with the company as we expand into new markets.”
Outside of work, Faith enjoys going fishing and spending time in the mountains. She is from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and now lives in Casper, Wyoming. Her favorite football team is the Raiders, her favorite food is breakfast crepes, her favorite tv show is Forged in Fire, and her favorite movie is What Dreams May Come with Robin Williams.
Fun fact: Faith’s dream is to own a ranch in the country with horses, a farm with fresh fruit and vegetables, and a white picket fence.
