For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Carla!
Carla is a Hard Surface Restoration Crew Lead based out of Tilson’s Appleton, WI office and is responsible for leading her crew through surface restorations, which includes replacing panels of concrete sidewalks for drilling crews.
“During my time at Tilson, I have seen how the company works as a whole team,” said Carla. “In Appleton, we work not as different crews but as one whole team. Safety is always the first priority.”
Outside of work, Carla enjoys spending time with her husband and family, charcoal sketching, and oil painting. Carla is originally from Texas and now lives in Appleton, Wisconsin. Her favorite type of food is seafood, her favorite book series is Game of Thrones, her favorite movie is the Green Mile, and her favorite sports team is the Dallas Cowboys. Carla has a dog named Thanos who loves playing fetch at the lake after work.
Fun Fact: Carla’s favorite way to start the day is by watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee.
