For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Caitlyn!
Caitlyn rejoined Tilson this spring as a Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of Tilson’s Portland, ME headquarters and is responsible for working with hiring managers to source, interview, and hire candidates for roles across Tilson.
“I love working at Tilson because of the company culture and my team,” said Caitlyn. “Tilson is fast-paced and constantly changing, and everyone is open and receptive to new ideas and willing to try new things, especially the recruiting team. We are constantly looking for new ways to find candidates and do things more efficiently and effectively. The recruiting team is so much fun to work on, and we’re constantly laughing and keeping things light and making things fun.”
Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys gardening, cooking, and hanging out with family. After spending time last year working as a florist, Caitlyn fell in love with gardening and is working on building her own flower and vegetable garden. Caitlyn is originally from Maine and supports all the Boston teams, but especially the Patriots and Red Sox! She is also a “dog mom” to a chocolate Labrador named Nash.
Fun Fact: Caitlyn spent time working as an electrician apprentice last year! We’re so glad to have her back on the team.
