For this week’s #tilsontuesdays, meet Becka Bohannon!
Becka is the Compliance Coordinator on Tilson’s Legal team and is based out of our headquarters in Portland, Maine. She manages and files all regulatory compliance documentation for Tilson Infrastructure. This includes obtaining and managing the business, general contracting, and electrical contracting licenses our teams need to perform telecom work, which is no small feat considering Tilson operates nationwide.
“My favorite part of Tilson has been the people. I’ve only worked for Tilson since February 2023 and yet it feels like I’ve always been a part of the team,” Becka said. “During my first week, the Director of Legal Operations took me out to lunch to get to know me on a personal level. It showed from the start that Tilson values every employee.”
Originally from Maine, Becka spent the last eight years living in Cleveland and just moved back with her husband and two small kids. While the rest of her family are diehard Cleveland Browns fans, she’s cheering on the New England Patriots. When not working, Becka’s favorite thing to do is spend quality time with her husband, kids, and red heeler/Australian shepherd mix named Maggie. Becka keeps active with road trips, traveling, and kayaking, but when she wants to slow down enjoys watching superhero movies like the Avengers franchise.
