For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Barbara Conner!
Barbara is a Project Controls Analyst, collaborating with multiple departments at Tilson to ensure our teams have the supplies they need while also managing costs and invoicing.
After over six years with Tilson, Barbara has worked on a wide variety of projects. Through it all, she says that “there’s a lot of love in our working circles and the folks I’ve had the pleasure of working with are SCRAPI to their core,” a reference to Tilson’s core values of Safety, Composure, Respect, Accountability, Professionalism, and Integrity.
Outside of work, Barbara likes to go fishing, play pool, and attend her grandson’s motocross events. Though currently living in Tennessee, Barbara is from California and remains a fan of the San Francisco 49ers.
Fun fact: Barbara started her career in telecom at the age of 40, working in the field as a coordinator for wireless projects.
