For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Andrew Walker!
Andrew is a Project Manager on Tilson’s Engineering team, supporting Tilson’s fiber network construction in Wisconsin. When it comes to telecom networks, Tilson handles the full scope of work in-house, from engineering and planning to construction and installation. Andrew’s role in this process is to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for our engineer projects, keeping our teams on track and our customers happy.
Andrews appreciates the collaboration across departments and says he is “surrounded by the best in the business” as he works to take network designs from concept to reality.

Outside of work, Andrews loves spending time with his wife and their two kids. They live in Alabama and enjoy traveling as a family, exploring the best local restaurants wherever they go. When it’s time to unwind, Andrew will go for a round of golf or play music on one of the many instruments in his house.
Fun fact: Andrew is a multi-instrumentalist, playing guitar, mandolin, bass, and piano. He primarily plays bluegrass, gospel, and country music, but has eclectic tastes and will incorporate elements from most genres.
