For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Amber Rainer!
Amber is a Talent Acquisition Specialist on our Recruiting team, reviewing applicants, searching through online job platforms, and attending hiring events to recruit individuals for open positions. Amber is often one of the first people you’ll meet when applying to Tilson.
Joining the Tilson team in 2023, Amber has enjoyed the work life balance Tilson offers. She has also found that “everyone who works here wants to see you win – whether it’s my team or a team I’m working with, we all have the same mission and help each other out.”
Outside of work, Amber loves all things basketball and is an NBA fanatic. She goes to as many games as she can and has even traveled to other states to watch her favorite team, the Boston Celtics. Beyond basketball, Amber also loves spending time with family, getting away to the lake or the beach, or staying in with a good (scary) movie and some popcorn.
Fun fact: Amber describes herself as an Air Force brat and spent 10 years of her early life in South Korea and Japan.
