For this week’s Tilson Tuesdays employee spotlight, meet Aaron Martin!
Aaron is a Wireless Maintenance Lead working out of Tilson’s Spanish Fort, Alabama office and has been with us for over three years. He oversees a dynamic team responsible for completing troubleshooting and repairs for wireless equipment and structures. His primary focus on any job site is keeping his team safe and ensuring the project gets done correctly.
Aaron’s favorite part of his job is the team members he’s met along the way and the industry-leading benefits Tilson offers. “The best part of the job is the competitive pay, work flexibility, and most importantly, the people.”
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family and going fishing. He also loves playing with his dog, a 10-year-old Labrador named Marley. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Aaron is a huge University of Alabama fan (“ROLL TIDE!”).
Fun fact: Aaron is fascinated by animals, particularly snakes! If he encounters an animal he’s not familiar with, he’ll spend hours researching it.
