For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Mitch!
Mitch is an OSP Engineer who works remotely from his home in Alabama and is responsible for the engineering work on fiber outside plant projects, specializing in fiber splicing schematics.
“I enjoy working at Tilson because the company culture is fast-paced and ever-evolving, while allowing employees to have a great work/life balance,” said Mitch. “I am excited about the long-term projects that Tilson has recently secured, as well as the expansion of Tilson Infrastructure across the nation.”
Outside of work, Mitch enjoys hunting, fishing, off-roading, and spending time outdoors with family. Mitch’s favorite sports team is the Auburn Tigers, his favorite food is sushi, he has a golden retriever named Goldie, and his favorite movie is “The Goonies”.
Fun Fact: Mitch met Sammy Hagar, previous lead singer of Van Halen, at a billiards hall once in college and he ended up playing as his partner in a tournament!
