For this week’s #tilsontuesday employee highlight, meet Shirley!
Shirley is a Lead OSP Construction Inspector out of Tilson’s Hartford, Connecticut office, where she trains new inspectors and ensures safety protocols are being met by everyone on the job. She’s worked in construction for over 30 years across the United States and is excited to be bringing 5G to Hartford.
“I love working here at Tilson because everyone works together as a team. I like the open door policy that Tilson has for all their management teams. Everyone is so nice, it’s like we are all one big family.”
Outside of work, Shirley enjoys crafting, making over old furniture, and creating wreaths. She’s originally from Louisiana and roots for the New Orleans Saints with her cat, Bella!
