For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Amy!
Amy is a Consultant on Tilson’s Construction IT team, where she supports billing and operations for Tilson’s CMiC consulting practice. Along with supporting other CMiC consultants, she also helps on the project management side with documentation and budget updates.
“I love working for Tilson; it has been a blessing both professionally and personally,” Amy said. “I feel as though everyone here genuinely wants and considers your opinion. It’s an incredibly collaborative environment even across our different business areas. I have also had some challenges personally these last two years and the compassion, understanding, and flexibility from my leaders at Tilson has been unparalleled. I feel lucky to work here.”
Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling and live music but during COVID-19, she’s found a new love for hiking in the Bay Area of California where she currently lives. Amy also enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew and is excited to adopt her very first pet this Christmas, a terrier/pug rescue dog!
Fun Fact: Did you know Amy has run 5 marathons? Although she doesn’t particularly love running, Amy’s favorite part is the feeling of accomplishment after crossing the finish line.
