For this week’s employee highlight, meet Lisa Leahy!
Lisa is a new Senior Project Manager on Tilson’s Utilities Consulting team based out of Tilson’s Portland, Maine headquarters. She is responsible for supporting broadband projects in the utilities space, as well as state and local initiatives to expand broadband access to underserved areas to support telework, distance learning, and telehealth.⠀
As a newer member of our team, Lisa brings great knowledge from her years of experience as the Program Director of Maine’s broadband office, where she worked to expand broadband access statewide and had the opportunity to work closely with Tilson. ⠀

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys mushroom hunting with her goldendoodle Layla, cooking, and playing foosball (“yes, it is sport and I am that good”). A Minnesota native, she roots for the Vikings and as a Mainer for 26 years, she also cheers on the Patriots and enjoys cooking for the games as much as watching them. Her specialty is homemade buttermilk pancakes with peanut butter and real maple syrup.⠀
