For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Elfrin!
Elfrin is an OSP Engineer I responsible for designing telecommunications networks and helping with QC CAD prints for fiber projects.
“I love working at Tilson because everyone is kind and helpful when someone requires assistance. Tilson is a great company to learn about the telecom industry and it has a great learning environment,” he said. “Also, Tilson offers such a flexible schedule as I am currently attending ASU for a MS in Construction Management and eventually pursuing a PhD in Civil Engineering with Construction Engineering.”
Outside of work, Elfrin enjoys exercising at the gym, running, hiking, or playing golf when the weather isn’t too hot. He’s originally from Manati, Puerto Rico and came to the United States when he was 10 years old. He roots for the Cincinnati Reds, and his favorite food is sushi.
Fun Fact: Did you know that Elfrin got invited to attend the Arizona Diamondback Baseball Camp tryouts? He didn’t make the cut, but he still enjoys playing with family and friends!
