PORTLAND, Maine (11/30/2022). Tilson, a national network development and information infrastructure professional services firm, has launched its summer internship program for 2023 as the company continues to hire at an unprecedented rate. The summer internship program is open to students currently enrolled full time in any university program. Additionally, Tilson offers year-round SkillBridge internships for active-duty military service members. Both opportunities provide hands-on experience supporting Tilson’s growing network design build and consulting divisions. Applications for paid, student internship opportunities are now live on Tilson’s website and close on January 31, 2023.
“Interns at Tilson are fully integrated into Tilson’s teams and directly contribute to our mission of building America’s information infrastructure,” said Joshua Broder, Tilson CEO. “Interns gain exposure to world class teams, systems, high-paced problem-solving, and invaluable experiences with industry leaders at a historic time in our nation’s telecommunications infrastructure investment.”
Interns at Tilson enter a 16-week, paid program for the summer of 2023 that pairs them with industry mentors as they work on real-time projects, gain on-the-job experience, and are exposed to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. Many interns continue to work for Tilson part or full time at the completion of their internship.
The program is a remote opportunity or interns can work from one of Tilson’s locations, or participate in a hybrid model. Candidates must be university students in the U.S. currently enrolled in a full-time program. Areas of interest include:
The application window for summer 2023 interns opens November 30, 2022 and closes January 31, 2023. Application review will begin immediately. During the application process, potential interns should indicate their preferred area of interest.
